Privacy Policy
This policy explains what StratifyOS LLC collects, why we collect it, and the control you keep over your data.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company), the lead and property records you import or create, message logs generated by your outreach, and standard technical data such as IP address, device type and product usage events.
How we use it
To operate the product, deliver your email and SMS sequences, calculate stratification scores and rehab figures, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your lead lists to market to anyone.
Processors we rely on
We use infrastructure and communication providers to host the database, send email and deliver SMS on your behalf. Each processor receives only the data needed for that function and is bound by contract to protect it.
Retention and deletion
We retain your workspace data while your account is active. When you delete a record it is removed from live systems and purged from backups on the normal backup rotation. Closing your account triggers deletion of the workspace and its records.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time and request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold. Email privacy@stratifyos.co and we will respond promptly.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the contact data you import and for honouring opt-outs. StratifyOS records unsubscribes and stop replies automatically and suppresses further messages.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will notify account owners by email and in the product before the changes take effect.
