Security
Your pipeline is your business. Here is how we protect it.
Encryption
All traffic runs over TLS. Data at rest, including database contents and backups, is encrypted with industry-standard ciphers.
Access control
Every workspace is isolated by row-level security, so records are only ever readable by members of the workspace that owns them. Roles let you give assistants access to leads without exposing financials.
Internal access
Staff access to production is limited to the people who need it, requires multi-factor authentication and is logged. We access workspace data only to operate the service or when you request support.
Backups and recovery
The database is backed up continuously with point-in-time recovery, and restores are tested on a regular schedule.
Responsible disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Email security@stratifyos.co with reproduction steps. We acknowledge reports quickly, keep you updated, and will not pursue action against good-faith research.
