Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of StratifyOS. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your company.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the activity of every user you invite and for keeping credentials secure. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use StratifyOS to send unlawful messages, to contact people who have opted out, to scrape or resell the platform, or to attempt to breach the security of the service or other workspaces.
Outreach compliance
You own the compliance of your campaigns, including applicable calling, texting and email regulations and any do-not-contact obligations. We provide suppression and opt-out tooling; using it correctly is your responsibility.
Trials, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you add a payment method. You can cancel at any time and retain access for the remainder of the paid period; we do not prorate partial periods.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you import or create. We access workspace data only to operate the service or when you ask us to help. You can export your records at any time.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Disclaimers and liability
StratifyOS provides software, not investment, legal, tax or valuation advice. Projected profit, ARV and rehab figures are estimates based on the inputs you provide. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment or unlawful use, with notice where reasonable.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially we will notify account owners by email and in the product before the changes take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the updated terms.
